1. ELIGIBILITY
The CT Sweepstakes is offered and open to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous states of the United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of April 29, 2009. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Florida are not eligible. Employees and directors of Rhythm Interactive ("Sponsor"), the Prize Entities, or their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, judges and legal advisors, and the immediate family or members of their same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of O'Neal Strategy Group (“Sweepstakes Management Company”), the Sweepstakes judging organization, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Promotional period begins on 04/29/09 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), and ends on 07/31/09 at 11:59 p.m. PST ("Promotional Period").
3. ENTRY
Due to the short Sweepstakes Period intervals, you can enter this Sweepstakes via online entry form only. This sweepstakes does not allow for mailed in entries. Do not try to mail in your entry. Only online entries will be accepted. To enter online, access the Sweepstakes Web site located at CTSWEEPSTAKES.COM (“Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete (and thereafter submit) a Sweepstakes entry form (“Online Entry”). Information requested on the Sweepstakes entry form consists of your first name, last name, email address, mailing address, city, state, zip code, email address and type of email you accept (“Entry Information”). All required Entry Information must be completed in full.
** Limit one (1) Online Entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Referral Entries: You can earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes by submitting the email addresses of people whom you know personally, whom you believe may be interested in the Sweepstakes, and who meet the eligibility requirements for the Sweepstakes described below (“Referral Entry”). Each referral email address must be current, unique, and valid. To obtain Referral Entries, follow the online instructions. Upon submitting your Referral Entries, a message introducing the Sweepstakes addressed from you will be sent to the referral email addresses. You will be notified if your referral enters the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes prizes are awarded on a weekly basis during the Promotional Period. Once entered, you are automatically eligible for prizes yet to be awarded. All entries of any kind entered online must be received by 11:59PM PST on July 31, 2009.
No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of Mail Entries will be accepted. Proof of delivery or receipt of any kind of entry will not be deemed by Rhythm Interactive (“Sponsor”) as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry into the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. LIMIT OF SIX (6) ENTRIES TOTAL PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. THIS INCLUDES ONE PERSONAL ENTRY AND FIVE (5) ENTRIES THROUGH REFERRAL. Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified.
The number of entries for any activity or action may be changed by Sponsor at any time in its sole discretion; provided that Sponsor shall always offer on the website a method which will permit you to accrue the maximum number of entries permitted to enter into this Sweepstakes.
You cannot under any circumstances receive more than six entries (1 through personal entry and 5 additional through referrals) into this Sweepstakes during the (93) day period covered by this Sweepstakes.
Entrants may not enter with multiple email and/or multiple identities nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries. Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple email and/or multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries may be disqualified.) All entries (up to the maximum) accumulated will become entries into the Weekly drawings as set forth in these Official Rules.
4. DRAWING
All winners for any drawing will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received in advance of that drawing.
There will be ten drawings (2 prizes per drawing day) for the Promotional Period from all eligible entries received prior to the close of that drawing. Each drawing closes at 11:59 PM (PST) on the following Mondays: May 25, June 8 and 22, July 13 and 31 2009. To be eligible for a drawing, entries must be received before 11:59 PM (PST) prior to the day the drawing will take place. The drawings will take place on or about May 26, June 9 and 23, July 14 and August 1, 2009. Entries for any drawing will be carried forward to any subsequent weekly drawing, respectively, unless otherwise disclosed. Once entered, you are automatically entered for the remaining duration of the Sweepstakes. Winners of any drawing will be notified by email, telephone, overnight carrier, or regular mail within approximately 7 days of the drawing. Drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Sweepstakes Management Company.

All prizes shall be pictured on the Sweepstakes Prize Pages until the final drawing is held. The depiction of these prizes is for information purposes only and does not imply that these prizes are still available. Prize packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winners must complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected.
Winners are responsible for making any reservations and arrangements. All prizes must be redeemed by December 31, 2009 unless otherwise stipulated on the Prize certificates. Once a person has won, their name is removed from future drawings.
Where permitted by law, winner agrees to grant to Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to its direction or control (and confirm such grant in writing upon request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without notification, review or approval.
Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Sponsor may in its sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity.
By accepting a prize a winner agrees that any Affidavit and/or Releases, and any grant of permission to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by Sponsor electronically, for example but not limited to, by email or by facsimile, and such secured Affidavit and/or Releases and permission will have the same force and effect as if any of them had been secured in a written document which was physically executed by the winner.
Further, by accepting a prize, each winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Sweepstakes Management Company, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the date on which any such action is taken or as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at CTSWEEPSTAKES.COM.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof.
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture such information, whether caused by web site users, tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site.

8. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
